Labyrinths

A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. 🌀

Last night I visualized a labyrinth before bed during meditation and today I found one on a women’s hike meetup. Out of 50 women, I was the only one to get off the beaten path and walk it. It symbolizes a lot for me right now. finding my center. taking the road less traveled. leaning into my fears. my spiritual journey over the last few months has been intense. I’ve gone inward and it hasn’t always been pretty. Many people think an awakening is this beautiful image of a person sitting in meditation with a calm mind...it’s the exact opposite. Going deep into ancestral wounds and past life trauma has brought up a lot of stuff. Heavy stuff. Ascension symptoms are no joke! But I’m blooming and clearing. I am lighter and more free than I’ve ever felt in my entire life

Yesterday, I received a Reiki healing session...the first one since November. This session felt so much more open and lighter. My Reiki Master noticed a shift within me. She says that I’m clearing so much ancestral work right now and that I’ve become more aligned with my center. I’m more expansive and I’m on a mission. I am operating on a higher frequency and my life is shifting. My grounding/root chakra still needs work as my ideas (I have so many!) are all over the place. I want to do it all. But I have to trust the process ☺️what a magical world we live in! Happy Sunday, soul family! 🤗✨
