Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that promotes stress relief, peace, and a sense of calm. It activates the healing process in the receiver’s body and restores overall physical and emotional well being.

Yesterday, I received my Reiki level II certification. Each time I practice Reiki, I find myself becoming more at peace with myself and therefore, more at peace with the world and others around me. We are all connected; each living thing that grows and changes and dies. Reiki has altered my way of being; I feel lighter as if all the energetic junk is dissipating. I pay more attention to the energies around me and I am more in tune with what my soul and body needs at the present moment.
