What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique and has been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki allows your body to heal itself; utilizing the innate power of our own bodies to know how to harness the Reiki energy. The chi, the life force, flowing through every inch of this planet and universe.
Reiki was a catalyst for my personal awakening and has deepened my practice with self and live my life intentionally and as a sacred prayer. Since learning Reiki, I have created my own business and cultivated deep understanding of myself and my life. I have also connected more deeply with the natural world and I've realized how interconnected everything is. Reiki is a tool that I truly believe every soul deserves to learn and use in their personal life.
The Reiki level I class will consist of three parts:
1. a 90 minute recorded lecture
2. a live 1:1 attunement session
3. a 21 day study of Reiki healing
The 90 minute recorded lecture covers:
-Historical background of Traditional Usui Reiki
-How the attunement process works
-What Reiki is and how it works
-Aura and Chakras
-Reiki Principles
-Ascension symptoms
-Hand positions to treat yourself
-Reiki ethics
After completion of the recorded lecture, you will then schedule your 1:1 attunement session with me using the link provided and begin a 21 day self healing practice. Upon completion of this practice, you will be a certified Reiki Level I practitioner and you will receive a digital certificate.
